Arriving at the Castaways Bar and restaurant, I am greeted by the friendly native bartendriss Cynthia. Presented with a choice of about 6 local beers I choose a Salva Vida (Life Saver). A couple of cold ones to clear the dust from my throat after today's journey and dinner is about to be served.
Kevin, Mary and their staff have whipped up some fresh caught snapper complete with the all trimmings......yummm
WOW......what a way to finish a great day and start an amazing adventure!
